Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, we have a specific refund policy. Please read this carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products — General Policy
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of instant digital delivery, we do not offer refunds once a product has been accessed or downloaded. This includes The Handmade Profit Filter™, First Listing Fast-Track™, First 100 Sales Fast-Track™, and any other digital resources sold through this website.
Exceptions
We will consider a refund in the following circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error.
- You did not receive access to the product and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 7 days.
- The product was materially different from what was described at the point of sale.
Refund requests based on these exceptions must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with your order details.
Non-Qualifying Reasons
The following are not grounds for a refund:
- Changing your mind after purchase
- Not achieving the results you hoped for
- Failing to use or implement the product
- Purchasing the wrong product by mistake (please contact us before purchasing if unsure)
Order Bumps and Upsells
The same policy applies to optional add-ons purchased at checkout, including the First Listing Fast-Track™ order bump and the First 100 Sales Fast-Track™ upsell. These are digital products and are non-refundable once accessed.
